Our Harvest Gin 2021 spotlights aromatic lemon scented gum grown by Cyan and Martin at Bunyip Hollow in Victoria. The Australian native is underpinned by emerald green finger lime; juniper; coriander seed and orris root; resulting in an audacious announcement of lime sherbert; apple blossom and pine; followed by nostalgic flavours of lemon icy poles; mango and eucalyptus lollies.
