This rare cask of Single Malt Whisky has been patiently matured for over five years in Australian fortified (apera) wine casks. Hand-selected from thousands, the distinctive complexity of this rich whisky earned its place in our Single Cask program. The nose reveals notes of chinotto, chocolate sauce and polished floorboards, while the palate delivers sweet tobacco, truffles and roasted hazelnuts. It's a whisky of singular depth and power.
